How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

A straightforward path from first call to a finished room — with one fixed price you can count on.

  1. Step 01

    Reach out

Call or text a photo of the room, or send a note through the form. We’ll set up a time to come take a look.

  2. Step 02

    We visit & quote

We come out, take real measurements, and give you one fixed, all-in price in writing. The number doesn’t move later.

  3. Step 03

    We handle everything

Permits, demolition, install, and cleanup — all done by our own crew. You pick the start week and we take it from there.

Why ASB

Premium work, handled like it’s our own home.

Our own crew

No subcontractor roulette. The people who quote your job are the people who do it.

One fixed price

We measure carefully and quote a single all-in number, in writing. It doesn’t creep upward mid-job.

We handle the paperwork

Permits, inspections, and code details are on us — included in your price, not a surprise add-on.

Backed by warranty

A workmanship warranty on our install, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty on your materials.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Most projects start within a week or two of approving your estimate. Busier stretches run a little longer — either way, we give you the real start date up front, not a guess.

A typical full bathroom runs about two to three weeks from demolition to final fixtures, depending on the tile work and how quickly materials arrive. We give you a schedule before we start, and we tell you which days the room is out of service.

Yes. We pull the permits and handle inspections and code paperwork — it’s all included in your fixed price, nothing for you to chase down.

We back our workmanship with a warranty on the install, and you also get the manufacturer’s warranty on your materials. We’ll walk you through the exact coverage for the products you choose when we quote.

All of Monmouth County, New Jersey — including Rumson, Colts Neck, Holmdel, Middletown, Red Bank, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Spring Lake, Wall, Manasquan, Marlboro, Freehold, and neighboring towns.

Yes. Inside we do bathrooms, tile and shower work, and interior trim and finish carpentry. Outside we do siding, windows and doors, porches, soffit and fascia. One crew for both means the details actually line up.

Always. Demolition debris, haul-away, and a full cleanup are part of the job — and on exterior work that includes a magnet sweep for nails. We leave your home clean when we’re done.
